have you taken out and check? usually the pleather would have fused with the tray and tears off when you remove them.
There really isn't any need. The doll has spent ten years in the box, within a packing box on a shelf.
It is UV that causes the material to degrade, so they're fine.

thats good. coz most of my pleathers have a spot or 2 tacked onto the tray even though it's out of sunlight and heat. coz plastic usually reacts with other things with plastic inside (including rubber, vinyl and pleather and even painted parts) i usually slip a tissue paper in between to prevent the reaction.

even my Neca toys suffer plastic gloss effect due to the trays clamping the figures.
