Hot Toys TrueType hands the same?

I've got the TTM18 narrow shoulder body, but I noticed HT seems to have sold previous narrow bodies before. Is the only difference the headsculpt? Or do the hands have different skin tones and poses?

Poses are usually the same, but tones are different. And I think the ball of the wrist peg is larger on the muscular bodies; even though the hands are the same sculpts.
