I actually like seeing people nitpick something
I'm too lazy searching for faults, therefore with them doin thee job. I can see where's the faults without searching them myself.
maybe they even contributed to changes made to this figure
and even if I know the figure has minor issues, as long as I like it, then I'll still buy it.

I think these are from extras in the upcoming dark knight triligy ultimate gift set.

Also inread somewhere that auditions (bales, and anne hathaways) will be there as well.

Cillian murphy is there too i think. He auditioned to play bruce wayne/batman.

What is FUPA?

I never noticed a problem with a gut till people pointed it out. Regardless, I would not mod a $600 figure gut or no gut, but I know your a perfectionist Maglor, so if you mod it I know you will make it look good. Thus, I look forward to seeing your tutorial.

FUPA = Fat Upper Pubic/P**is/Pu**y Area.

Enterbay Bat has it, but mine doesn't (after mod).

"Paunch" is higher, and this figure has it.

1/6 Bale all the way.

Agreed. I would go so far as to say this is objectively true. If one were to actually use software that analyzes facial features/proportions, the DX12 would be the closest to Bale. I still love it.

However, the two quarter scale sculpts are also quite good and all are recognizable.

I'm aware of how the rubber can bunch up. That's not what we are talking about.

This looks nothing like a bunching rubber, and nothing like the DVD cover.

Yes here in US I received email last week they will be arriving and start charging cards on approx Sept 26.......
