This is a bluish gray....

That's a bluish grey because of colour grading done for the film. Like how everything in batman begins looks generally warm and brownish, The Dark Knight film is overall bluish. For the real colour, you'll have to take a look at the actual coat used for filming, or the next best will be the untouched (pre photoshop) studio photos. From what i remember, the jacket is a cool grey. Not quite as bluish as the image you posted shows. so no worries, Joker 2.0 is still pretty damn close. and awesome.
