Finally snagged a loose Tarkin without the chair for $197 shipped, on ebay last night. Glad I got him because the price is starting to skyrocket for this guy.

Basically, it’s normally connected to the piece of the shirt that you can lift off on the front. The glue between the magnet and the shirt flap separated, so the flap doesn’t come down into place.
