Hot Toys Forearm Removal?

Hi Guys

Anyone have any tips/trick to remove a forearm from a Hot Toys body? I am looking to use the Iron Man Forearm from the Mark VI exclusive but really have no clue on the proper way to take of the existing forearm.

The hot toys true type arms are easy to plug off. The arm joint can easily be pulled apart from the joint. similar to this:

Just don't apply to much force.

Just don't yank it right off, work your way around it.
