J/K, I have no idea! Maybe they have a culture like Japan that nurtures high artistic skill applied to toy collectibles?

I believe they're from South Korea, which also has a thriving film industry (Oldboy, Memories of Murder, 3-Iron). They're apparently doing something to encourage such things and it seems to be working well.

Same way i invest in my clothes without knowing who stitched them or my favourite 80's film without knowing who wrote the script.

Don't care who you are just make the stuff right and make it affordable.

why they all from Korea?

because Koreans are very skilled with their fingers. Look at Starcraft. No normal person could have such precise typing and mouse clicking skills. They just carried it over to figuremaking. I know very well because I'm a Korean too
