Out of curiosity this eBayer has a Black Widow up for sale with bids however has used the image of Black Widow from the ToyHunter display.. is that breaking some kind of eBay code?

Ah fair enough, i just wondered if it breached any kind of policies eBay had in regards to deceiving the buyer because he doesn't seem to have any actual photos of the item except the box.
