It varies. I've been charged at like 12:30am and also not until the late morning.

Ahh, okay. Yeah, I've never been charged like that for some reason. Any time I have flex or a payment due, it's normally until not until later in day (around 10/11).
Go figure.

Flex payments yeah, those always get charged during the day. Full payments for me go out right when the clock says it's a new day. Those are probably automatic and I think flex payments are manually processed.
