Looks great man. You should be proud.
I think the hair is a little cropped on the (my) left hand side, usually a little more spread out.
But it's a fantastic start.

I think it could use a couple more patches on the upper part of the skull where the skin is burnt down to the bone. Other than that I really dig it. You've got that angry frown to the Dent side that he had in the later half of the film that the HT version really lacked.

yeah im gonna do that i just haven't gotten around to it, ive been mostly focusing on the un scared side just trying to get the likeness down

Looking really good , the likeness is great.
I really want to start sculpting again , it's really enjoyable once you get started properly. I can never find the time.

UPDATE!

i did some tweaking to the sculpt and gave him a sneer but its kinda hard to see in the pics
also made him a coin

ill post some better pics soon

I would make the hair a little thicker add the eye brow its a good attempt
Give chin more definition fix the eye area add more to the lips
