I ended up picking up this damaged conan and the beast statue. Basically the base was trashed, hand was missing with axe and the other hand was damaged. Had to think of a way of setting this up on something sturdy enough to hold the weight at the correct angle. Ended up using stone and went with a beach, jungle vibe. Hand is from the neca tonto figure and the arrows I added .
