I'm not sure that our Global friends are in on it.
Geico Car Insurance runs these horribly annoying Television commercials that appear to be for another product/tv show/whatever. At some point someone in these situations announces that they have "Great News".
In addition to these there are some other variations including one in which Cavemen are offended by the the phrase "Even a caveman could do it". The also have a CG gecko as a mascot.
There marketing is simply brilliant since even if you hate the commercials you remember them, often an advertiser's goal.
