Good video apps for an htc hero 200?

Ok so my brother got an htc hero 200 off of ebay. I am looking for a good video app to put on his phone for him so he can watch video clips such as AVI, MP4, ect. the OS of his phone is android 2.3 I think. any ideas guys?

I am not too smart yet when it comes to these smart phones, I still have a dumb phone. As long as it makes a phone call and texts I am good. I am old school.

It should have a default media player. Though you could also get something like VLC
