When you say, "he could use a bit of dusting", are you saying that the piece was displayed for some time and never dusted or maintained?
What exactly is up with the condition and presentation of the piece?

It's normal dust from being displayed for a couple of months without an acrylic display box, and with some regular dusting. I'm just being modest in my description, whereas many sellers understate flaws. This Tusken is as mint and complete as he came to me.
