How did you get the backpack off of the statue and on to the Joel figure? It looks great, good luck with the sale. :duff

Thanks, bud!

To get it off, you need to unplug the straps of the back pack on the bottom and with a bit of force unplug it from the back. Put it on the figure and glue the straps back into place.
