It's clearly a dark brown, the lighting is just make it look like a muddy blue.

I've never understood those two options. The dress has always looked blue and gold to me.

And much like with the Hoth coat, while Han's TFA jacket may actually be brown, I definitely prefer the more bluish look it seems to have in the majority of pics.

What was this from again

It's just a picture of a dress that looks blue and black to some people and white and gold to others. Talk about it seemed to dominate social media last summer and even was talked about during the lighter side of various "news" shows.

In the photo above it's white and gold to me [emoji2] but I've seen the dress in other photos and can see it's black and blue.

I'm pretty sure in a SW Visual Encyclopedia or something it states Han prefers a brown jacket as the Wookie hair is harder to see on it.
Moulting Wookies are the worst.
