Filling out slim true type bodys

I have some true type slim bodys that im using for customs but want to fill out the bodys a little so they dont look so slim and skinny in the clothing, just wondered whats best to use to fill out a body to make them look more like an average body type.

Depends on location, but sheet foam works well.

was just thinking in the normal places, shoulders/top of arms, stomach area, backside and top of legs
