Female Figures Head / Body Compatibility

Hi everyone, this is my first post here!

I have a spare Hot Toys female body (Sucker Punch's Amber) and after looking for heads I found some nice sculpts from Triad Toys.
It seems the neck pegs are different for both brands, does any one know if the TT head sculpts can easily be adapted to the HT body?

It's my fault, my first post is a boring one, I should ave gone with: "what's the best Christian Bale head sculpt?"

Still, if someone could give me their informed opinion I would really appreciate it;
Should I buy a nice (and fairly cheap) Triad Toys head for my Hot Toys body or is it too much trouble to adapt?
Maybe I should mention that I do not seek to create a specific figure but a generic female model I can use to photograph in various poses for art projects.
