EBs response to my question of what the slight problem is

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your understanding.

There are many parts for Robocop, the factory need to wait all the parts ready, then start packing. There's one part was been late.

So, we have to delay for the shipment.


Now, I'm wondering if they are telling me why it was delayed or that this weeks is also delayed

It sure sounds like it's engrish for "sorry, we're having trouble making sure all the parts are passing QC for this new batch of figures so this next shipment is being delayed"

I just emailed them requesting to cancel my order....

Where are you hearing the third batch has issues? Last week, I was supposed to get one shipped to me(2nd batch) but eb said there were qc issues and I Would get on this week

Since my robo is from the second batch and has been shipped, like some other, i tought you were talking about the next batch.

Hey guys, I got mine from Timecent Today. I am having some issues, Are both feet supposed to flex up? on mine only the right foot does the left one will not budge is this normal? I've also noticed the head will not go all the way to the left but it will to the right, also the left thigh on the back has a good sized gap in between the plates. Anyone else notice how the rubber parts get smudged with finger prints?

Struggled getting the battle damaged chest piece on. Not really an issue. Apart from that it seems fine. Love the paint finish.

I got the stuck foot fixed, I took the two screws out of the bottom of the foot after some time I found some glue that was holding it up.

I'm having a hell of a time trying to get the front and back armor to come together there is a gap and the small clips do not want to latch down.

Glad you got yours Ash Housewares! One of the best figures around I think and probably my favourite one now.

Take your time, make sure the holes are all lined up and keep pressing them together.
