The production head doesn't look too much like the prototype head. Looks like the sculpt warped during production. Seems to happen a lot to the smaller companies.
Metal sword with enamel filling for the pattern. It's great looking.

Cool. It's the only thing I really want from the set.
Yes, I was 95% wanting to buy this figure until I saw the production head didn't look like the prototype. I could see Fat in the prototype, but not the production.

Got mine in today and I actually really like it. Some photos that were posted kinda made me hesitate but in hand it's really nice.
