She's back at SS in case anybody interested wants her. I guess they had some left in their inventory.
i am a newbie here in comics collection
i follow SSC since 2/3 years
but i am almost 20 years old collector on european market
and that statue is the worst one i ve seen since i follow sideshow
total fail for me
even the proces of creation is a complete mess up / gathering of differnt scupltors one after another and that surely also explain the result ...
Emma frost deserve such a better treatment !

You want to see a disappointing Emma PF, check out the 1st SSC PF. This one is incredible compared to that one. I personally think this one looks very sexy and I'm glad to have her in my collection.
While I agree, this piece turned out pretty good. Is it perfect? By no means, but I think this piece isn't the disaster some peeps here make her out to be. This PF still looks sexy in its own right and displays well IMO. I didn't care at all for the 1st Emma PF but I'm very glad to have this one in my collection.
I love mine and if u look at current prices, she's a steal!

I think mine looks fantastic, the eyes look perfect and she looks like a tall Victoria Secret model. My only gripe is that it was really hard to get her head into the neck and her foot to rest onto the base flush. The toughest 1 for me by SS so far trying to be very gentle with it at the same time.

A disaster I would consider the first version, even though it was totally accurate to the art work, it wasn't even close to what people wanted. Of course that has never stopped ssc from putting something out before.
Buy it if you like it, if not don't. Simple

I have no idea who you think Emma is but she is a manipulative, sexy, fake boob, Victoria Secrets sexy looking character with the power to read minds and turn her skin diamond hard. Emma oozes with sexuality and has no problems using her body or her mind to get what she wants. I can understand if you don't like her hair style (it's certainly not 80's Byrne styled). However, Emma's body is pretty much spot on. In the comics she admits to having a boob job and has no problems using her sexuality to get her way.

I agree with you, well said. As an avid comic reader I'v never gotten the impression that Emma is modest or shy or flat chested. As far as I'm concerned she is the most sexually comfortable character in the X Universe
Absolutely. She looks the way she does for a reason. Sex and her body are used like weapons to get what she wants.

but i was speaking about the process of creation which lead to that anatomic and unaccurate non sens.
it's only my ompinion based on what i saw and what i read about the sculpt team evolution and work.
i anderstand you could be happy with it and my goal is not to make all the owner sad about this one.
anyway i prefer to speak about what i like since my opinion on this one is shared (no need to insist in a negative way

If you don't like the piece for whatever reason, that's all good. It doesn't change how I feel about the piece. My response was to your 'porn star/Victoria Secrets model' comment. That's exactly what she looks like and purposely wants to look like. She's a very vain character and her appearance is something that's very calculated on her part. She knows exactly what she's doing when she dresses the way she does.
Again, there's no issue with you not liking the piece. However, Emma is very much a self centered woman who dresses in very revealing clothing (lingerie) in the comics and she makes no excuses for it.

From a few angles Emma PF looks really good, that said the overall proportions are out of whack a bit, the sculptor IMO just missed the mark... That said I have no regrets owning her, I think she looks awesome next to my XM Magneto...
I have Emma displayed right next to my Mystique PF and they make a sexy pair.
