Do you have more pictures? At least one from far, showing the feet, and another close to the sculpt, to see if the painting matches the skin tone of the body.

He has boots on this is from die hard 2 when I had him done I dident want a part one like everyone so I had this done to be deifferant as for the face it matches pretty close cause there's a lot of weathering in this Awsome peace thanks everyone for the comments I do love this guy.

Looks like a Die Hard with a Vengeance version to me. The use of the shoulder holster and the police badge in the chain resembles his look from that movie.
