THanks man, yeah atm it gives a popeye look but the elbow joint will be covered and hidden by some leather elbow pads.

Yup that is the one. I used some Neca parts. The endo parts mainly. Endo face, chest, arm and knee.

Indeed they need a lot of work to remove the toyish aspect. Lots of dremeling and in that plastic it's a pain really.
