Walmart has an exclusive on the Universal 100th Anniversay slip editions which include a Universal 100th Anniversary Collector Card. There are 25 cards in the set and they are randomly inserted. The cards are 5" x 6 3/8" (almost as big as the case) on thick card stock. These cards are shrinkwrapped on the back of the case (inside the slipcover); sometimes it is a second shrinkwrap over the existing shrinkwrap. All you need to do is slip the case out a bit to see which card is on the back, so it isn't a blind buy!

Also, based on what I found so far, I am almost certain one of the cards will be The Mummy (1932).
EDIT: I hit three near-by Wal-marts and so far, I only found the cards on 7 Blu-ray titles and 1 DVD title. I think these may just now be hitting stores, so hopefully more titles will turn up with them. Also, there was just 2 or 3 copies of each title that had a card, even if there was 10 or 12 total copies of that title, so these may be very limited.
