Ok guys I need a non shiny clear cote paint to paint my customs with... one that doesnt appear shiny after you paint it making the head look like plastic or sweaty..

all suggestions are appreciated.. Thanks..
 
I'll tell you what I started using and it's worked great is "Krylon Glass Frosting" I picked it up at Ace hardware.

for absolute matt, Testor dull coat is the best choice.
