Does anyone know where I can get a Hot Toys DX Joker for under 200 dollars?

I'm looking at purchasing a Hot Toys DX Joker, but I can't seem to find a place that has him for under 200.

I only want to buy a NEW one.

I would greatly appreciate if someone could direct me to an online retailer that has the figure. Or if you have one to sell, that would be great too!
