The Stego wasn't featured at a SDCC.. I'm still really hoping for a Brachiosaurus but maybe they think they've covered sauropods off with the Ap. :slap

Does anyone know the best statues/models to get? I see Paleocraft and some others listed at Dan's Dinosaurs, but they're plain resin and then you need to find someone to paint them (actually well) don't you?

Yeah they are resin, just like the Dinosauria pieces. Yes you do need someone to build and paint them for you. If you order from Shane Foulkes he offers a build and paint service. Martin Garratt is also one of my builders of choice :

Stegosaurus is the last dinosaur, which I buy it! I switched to a more successful series ... "The Dead":clap:clap

I thought you are a dinosaur fan, but it seems you are rather versatile.
For me personally there is no alternative to dinosaur models, but i´m also collecting some other model series like trucks, planes and others...

What kind of series is "The Dead", do you have a link?

Hello Timo! I am a big fan since I was a kid! But honestly I'm sick STAY ONE YEAR NON-STOP to watch THEIR WEBSITE If they said something about the future LINE, OR WHEN WILL APPEAR NEXT Dinosaur. I would enjoy collecting and Other Dinosaur statues, BUT to be honest, or are TOO EXPENSIVE, or not meet THE ACCURACY MODELS by Sideshow!:(:(:slap

PS:I am very curious to tell me that, choosing between Deino vs. dinosaur or Proto vs Para Velo? I saw that on the site Cinecollectibles, sold yesterday last statue with Deino vs. Para. I thought you could have bought the statue!:))

It's a zombie line if I recall.

Sideshow has some great pieces..but those same artists also have other pieces not done by Sideshow. Krentz , McVey and Blanco def have more dinos for sale. Look at Shane's work sold through Dansdinosaurs.com , this look less accurate than Sideshow's ?

Cost isn't that much more either. It is more..but not a whole lot.

Buy a kit for 150.00 , Martin can build it up for 50-80.00 or so ..LESS than Sideshow and it's complete.

No, that wasn´t me, but i realized that they have sold their last model some days ago.

@Blade: Could you send me the contact information to Martin Garratt, please? A complete buildup and painting for under 100 $ looks ok for me.

Wow, thanks for this info. I am in Australia so not sure because I would have quite expensive shipping on top of that, but thanks for the heads up. Do either of these guys have a website or contact info?

They sure do. Here is Shane's web site, https://cretaceouscreationsofamerica.com/index.html
His e-mail is at the bottom, near his phone number. You can also try to get some of his work through Dan's Dinosaurs :

Shane is my favorite paleoartist, and I have many of his kits.
You can contact Martin Garratt through his deviant art page, located here: https://baryonyx-walkeri.deviantart.com/
I don't have his e-mail, but I'm sure Blade can PM it to you.

Wow Blade, truly a beautiful model Rex! The paint apps & pattern are outstanding. How long is this as compared to Krentz Rex mundi? How tall? How much was commissioned paint work? How much was model, & from where did you buy? Thanks, & congrats!:wave

P.S. Blade, pics are not too shabby either.:wink1:

Thanks Blade!:wave Hoping Krentz makes at least one more contribution to the dinosauria line, in 1/15 scale, so this line can go out with a roar!:impatient:
