Dilemma: Sideshow Exclusive Darth Vader vs TDK Tumbler

Hi guys,

I am in a dilemma and need some advise.
Someone has offered to trade his displayed TDK: Tumbler (relaunched version) for my BNIB Sideshow Exclusive Darth Vader.

I know in terms of monetary value, I stand to gain alot.

Anyway, do you guys think it worth to proceed? Or is the deal too good to be true?

If you're really not sure you could always trade, sell the tumbler, buy a regular Darth Vader, and then use the difference to buy something else too. That way the only thing you lose is your dignity
