DC Direct 13" Alan Scott figure (Can the battery be removed?)

I've had this figure for a while now but I haven't figured out how to remove the battery from the... battery (now you can see the difficulty in trying to google this, heh). I usually remove the batteries from light up figures when displaying them so they don't end up leaking. Anyone know if it is possible with this (or other DC Direct lantern figures)?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk one end is a cap that comes off. Then you unscrew the battery compartment. Pull battery out.

Welcome. Ps you don't need screw to keep it working. I don't trust screws in toys because there made of cheap metal prone to threading. Use tape or poster tac to hold in place.
