As far as recent cartoons go, Courage the Cowardly Dog could get pretty damn creepy at times as well. I'd link an episode, but CN had it all pulled from Youtube.

I find the 'human' characters in this pretty f'd up too.

The last video posted simply has to be a fake. I mean that is terrorizing to ANY age. Why the chipmunk voice? Those freaking puppets are uncanny valley disturbing in the face. There's a reason muppets and sesame street are made of felt - so they don't really look alive because that's just disturbing.

Man if you watch that video baked you will trip out. Why does he keep pointing to his junk and saying point your fingure and the twist. Why does the red one look like a puppet you would buy from hell ?

I'm surprise no one mentions Rene Laloux's animations? He makes the most creepy full feature animations with lots of weird stuff, with sexual and dark imagery. I watched his animation when I was still in Kindergarten Grade School and I'm convinced it totally F__Ked up my mind in certain ways Here's some example of his stuff:
