These Viking figures from Coo Model caught my eye recently. Quality looks to be really nice, though a fairly high price tag.

Anyone PO these, or familiar with coo model? Sounds like they do a good job with warrior/knight figures, especially cast armor & weapons. These have some of the best looking chain-mail I've seen to date.

What do ya'll think? Anyone going to pick any of these up? I'm tempted to PO the Feudal Lord.

These are great looking figures and a significant improvement over the Vanquisher Vikings also released by Coomodel. Not sure if the winged helmet was ever used in battle but more of a ceremonial piece? I did purchase a few loose pieces for a kit bash and was very impressed with the level of detail.

My only nit is that my wings weren’t snug in the socket, nor are the plugs that you use in lieu of the wings, so if they come out when you’re inattentive, you’re going to have to sift through your vacuum bag. I like the wings because they have a Frazetta look to them. I was thinking of trying to bash this guy with a phicen body and bits and bobs from other good sets

I have the Feudal Lord and think he is amazing. I agree with the wings on the helmet being a pain. I saw it as a go or no go with the wing option. Once you choose to go with wings, there is no way you can take them off if you want to pack up the helmet with the figure. the hair and beard are really well done, and accessories are over the top. I think he will fit well with a LOTR display, once I have more space
