They have never been opened and have been stored in my storage unit, so they don't lean and they certainly don't have any smoke residue or smell. I don't smoke around my collectibles... they are either in storage or displayed at my office which is non-smoking... nothing displayed at home. I don't know if they can stand since they are unopened.
