new head/ hat sculpts
new patterns for the clothing (pants, vest, shirt, serape)
different fabric for the clothing (pants, shirt, serape, boots)
reshaped the boots
metal spurs instead of resin
different leather for the belt/ gun rig etc...
weathering!

Basically it's all been revamped .

edit: oh I forgot..and a Zombie Head of course!

The improvements are great- I love the way you did the weathering on the hat, poncho and the pants. Too cool.
I went back and watched the end of the movie. Just noticed that the vest looks dead on the material is perfect.
And I can go on and on about the poncho, shirt and head sculpt- AWESOME!
