To help a wider audience, I will post some info here instead of only replying to some recent private messages.

Although expensive, there is a Chewbacca body here on eBay:

The fur suit could be removed an used for a pattern. I also like that the body is very slim which helps prevent it from getting too thick when the fur suit is added. The joints are tight and hold a pose.

Here is another less expensive option but is bulkier.

I've had to make my own fur suits and they are very time consuming. I have a friend on Facebook that also works with fur but you will need to pay for his experience and awesome artistry. I think he said something like at about $50 an hour on a furry 1/6 scale alien, he would sell it for about $4000.
