That cracked up my wife, so I HAD to post a pic.

My plan was to use only the plastic shape of the eye (*inside* the head - ha). But I am having trouble finding the exact size and shape I need. So my latest idea is to get some clear vacuform plastic and shape it over some ~3/4 inch wood beads. Then I plan to glue the glass micro beads I painted with alcohol inks on the inside where the LEDs are.
