Battlestar Galactica - anyone up for a Baltar head?

Blind's still not got back to me on this one . . given his current workload Im guessing he wont be anytime soon, Ive been corresponding with an unyet unproven contact over at Gateworld for a set of John Sheppard Season 1 BDu's. Ive also mention to them (2 guys) about a Baltar suit (as discussed previously in the thread) Im sending them images for reference.

Im hoping that they do pan out (yet to see previous work, they are supposedly cosplay specialists ... just came 3rd in a competition) but if they do is there anyone still interested in a Gaius Baltar suit :

FYI Darrens finished my head, and its looking great, hence the movement on this suit again

Yeah. I paid for the head and a paintjob from Josh, but have not recieved anything.

I did not expect this from Josh, this is why I have pretty much given up on this Board.

Nope. Nothing at all. No reply to Multiple PMs. At this point I've pretty much given up on it and written it off as a loss. Very disappointing.

Thats a damn shame as theres still more stuff in the works, Ive got a guy putting a Gaius suit together for me he's just finished this (see pic below) and he is now cracking on with Gaius. I saw what looked like alot of sorry posts a while back on a 'the end is nigh post' from DA.

I presumed he was announcing long wait lists, but I'm guessing from the tone and tune of posts in here he has disappeared from the board now ?

I have no idea if he disappeared, I only know that he left us hanging here like a certain other "artist" who I also had dealings with.

Not trying to stir anything up but Josh is nothing like that other artist. If you read his thread in the customs section there are multible, although quite saddening, updates of why so much has fallen behind. I believe following that thread rather than his individual project threads may better serve those in waiting.

Agreed with the above. He is wayyy behind and he knows it, but he is still working through everything. Unfortunately there are no timetables but I don't think he will be the type to screw anyone over. Just heard he's graduating in may so hopefully his painting time will go up then...

hey guys I don't know exactly what the status on these sculpts is anymore.. did you guys end up getting them at all?
I don;t think I have access to the mold anymore/original either..
but I have been thinking of re-doing this one for the longest time. I really want to improve it and the show's pretty good haha.

Though probably not this year (maybe winter or spring 2011),
if there were enough consistent reference pictures of him, I'd love to take a shot at him again...
