Are Obitsu 27cm bodies in scale with other 1/6 scale figures?

I want to make a custom of Chloe from "Life is Strange". However, because she is a character with a very thin frame that doesn't have any curves, I am looking for a body with a small bust, ass, and hips. That said, those at the OSW forums suggested that I should go with the Obitsu 27 cm bodies. However, I am afraid that the body is out of scale with the rest of the 1/6 stuff as they appear to be targeted for the anime doll market; I am not sure if they are disproportional with the other 1/6 stuff.

Another suggestion was the Triad Alphas. However, would I be able to get the character's body right if I go with the Alpha bodies? Thanks. Images below:

19 years old and small and lanky your best bet is a 25 cm body.

Try either a 25 cm Obitsu Small Bust or a Kumik Female.

25 cm Obitsu Small Bust is looking good for me but are they compatible ht heads without too much modding?
