Me too :)

Got some progress done today. I began marking the panels for the outer skin. Trying to get a feel for what to do. I decided to cover the outer skin with 1mm styrene panels, but 1st I had to mark the panels. :)

That looks #*@* great! Are you thinking about building the rest some day?

I plan on making a few other cockpits, (Tie fighter, Falcon, AT-AT, etc...) at least that's the grand plan. Just need to find enough reference material. I seen quite a bit for the falcon but there's a limited material for the Tie and the AT-AT. I wanted to build a few diorama ships for the Sideshow figures that I want to get. :) So to answer your question, I don't think I will, due to the limited amount of space in the man cave. :lol

I will be working on this Friday, Sat, and Monday. I will be picking up more styrene Friday. I don't really anything new to post yet. but I did make another quick YouTube vid of the xwing project. Not sure how to add your own music, other than the stock audio files on YouTube. If anyone knows could you let me know. I will make one more once I finish the entire project but here you go for now.

Sorry about the mess it's usually cleaner than that. :D

added some more detail to the front cockpit and side panels. Finished putting the panels on the outside of the cockpit. I have some putty filling and sanding to do. Then I can prime it, paint it and then weather it. I still have to finish the canopy and add a few more light and she will be done. :D

almost done here:

Thanks for looking. :)

What an awesome project! I really love these ambitious "big" projects. Amazing detail on the interior.

got some time to work on the X-wing today. Did a little more work on the interior cockpit. Some small details that I found while looking through some pics. Some may not even notice them. Let me know if you what they are? :D

Also I was able to prime and paint the paint scheme for my X-wing. Still need to weather the exterior and finish the back top and front canopy. It's almost done. :) here are a few pics;
