i dont think they will make a 12" and a premium format lurtz in armor there be no point in having two of the same statues just diff sizes.

It's just a random list, I'm guessing broken into what Undertaker thinks might be 2 levels of figures.

As for why Lurtz in armor for both lines - well, they're seperate lines. I'm sure we'll see an armored Lurtz figure in the 1/6 line eventually.

I think the list you gave is probably true but only because most of them are common sense ones we expect to see and probably a few more.
