The proportions are much better on that new body. I stand corrected, he is bobbled headed on the lousy SS body.

Still, I like him a lot on the new body.

The SS shirt looks like a better pattern than the previous one, or is it the same and does it have the cut in the fabric again?

Also is the hat the same as before or is it a new sculpt?

The shirt is improved.

The hat is a new sculpt ... it is a bit too small above the band/ribbon. No problem, fixable!

This fix will correct the pinhead look. The facial sculpt is dead on:

The hats are very different, it will look better, but ... just find some epoxy putty in a hobby shop ( I use Tamiya), mold on top of the hat, make it a bit oversized (based on some stills from the film). Then, after it dries for 24 hours, slowly, gently sand used extremely fine sandpaper. If you over do it, just add more putty, wait anther 24 hours, then do your touch ups with the sandpaper. And then, paint.

I have NO TALENT, if I can do it, anyone can.

So will this head fit on the Raiders body, and the Raiders head(s) fit on the KOTCS body without any special alteration or adjustment?

Also, does the new KOTCS have loose joints like the Raiders figure or did Sideshow fix that issue?

Yes, the heads are interchangeable between the Raiders Indy and KOTCS Indy. They are on the same body.

The bodies are actually different, meaning that the KOTCS is much tighter out of the box, the Raiders one slumps over. There is a noticeable difference.

And yes, the head are completely interchangeable (here, look at this pic with them switched):

There is not that much difference in size of the headsculpt between the Adventure Indy and this KOTCS Indy head sculpt, and the fact that KOCS Indy's jaw is dropped.
The body is what's the problem it's badly propotioned.
I would go so far as to say you have a 1/6 head on a 1/7 body

That's probably true. I used the ROTLA pro body on my KOTCS Medicom Indy (WIP). And as these boards have so frequently pointed out...Medi's are usually smaller that Sideshow figs. A little ironic.

I actually used my SST Indy body with the Tom Cruise head that came with my Soldier Story body and the two actually look proportionate now
