The issue recently he hasn’t been active much so trying get hold of him is a challenge. I remember in December it wasn’t much of an issue but he’s very hard guy to reach since January of this year.

I just cut it in half. Problem solved :) Just pulling down doesn’t work. I mentioned it before here but the collar prevents you from pulling down that much.
