I have Mark 3 DC with a burnt out light bulb in the head. After disassembling the head, I decided to hard wire a replacement so that it would run off a dc adapter. By default, it uses 3 coin cell batteries that produce 4.5v. I figured that if I got a 5v replacement bulb with a 4.5v adapter...

I'm looking to build a cheaper alternative and it would be really helpful if someone could tell me what gauge wires are used for the connectors that go in the battery boxes and how long the wires are. Thanks in advance

Has anyone ever sent or received a large lot of comics in one of the long boxes? If so, was anything special done to the box for shipment. I have a couple of lots in excess of 400 issues that I plan on listing soon and was trying to figure out the best way to handle the packaging.

It took a while, but I got this finished last week. My guys finally have a permanent home.
