Can I use permanent fabric paint on any rooted hair of a female head sculpt? This will be my first attempt to paint hair on a head sculpt and need the right prep. before I even start.

Do you guys know someone or a company that takes requests on making custom head sculpts? More specifically a Cara Delevingne head sculpt. I'm currently in search for one.

Just recently purchased a Phicen Seamless Female Jiaou Doll and putting together my own Black Widow fig. And I would like to know what proper paint I should use for the nails of a Phicen fig? Can I just use like a black Sharpie ultra fine pen to paint the tips of the hands?
