And my replacement Raph is broken too. Technically the bandana is still attached, but the break is clearly visible. Also the tip on one of the sais was bent. I hope they still have some replacements and that the 3rd time is the charm.

Bummer, I was hoping for at least a Shredder and Splinter. Especially since the turtles look like they're about to fight, would have been cool to display a Shredder standing in front of them. Don't know why those 2 are always overlooked.

I just opened mine and it was broken in the exact same spot. :( I think Raph could have benefited from a removable head to protect the bandanna more during shipment.
