I prefer weathered over clean look, but on that pic chrisstbh posted it does look overly done, but on hippo's video it looks good. These figures are painted by hand so there could be some diffrences from one another.

Last figure added to my collection for 2021, and it's a good one.

I agree with you, still waiting on OT 3PO, Scout trooper and so on. I think Hot Toys is just milking the Mando hype for now, they know OT is timeless and will always sell.

Yup, It's the licensors/actors who has the final say. No matter how good the sculpt is if they refuse it nothing HT can do.

J.C Hong just commented based on his info the new head sculpt will be the prototype version, this could be the reason for long delay.
