I took a few years off from making metal weapons but now I've pulled my tools out of storage and started making new stuff... I've made this thread as a place to show pics of the stuff I make. Here's some pics of some prototype braveheart swords I've been developing.

Hi, I've reopened my Workshop and started making stuff again. AURET Miniature Weaponsmith I make steel bladed weapons and other custom stuff and do some 3d printed Guns and other items. Mostly in 1:6 scale but occasionally in other scales on request. I also occasionally publish books...

i couldn't even get a price quote from them because everything i tried was considered a weapon.

cool... i'd suggest skipping https://i.materialise.com/ as well ... they won't print weapons at all regardless of size.

i've printed a bunch of 1:6 pistols with them... including my own mal pistol model... but all of them were way under 10 cm long... From https://www.shapeways.com/support/faq : i think you may have just gotten lucky... one of the guys over at sixth division printed up some ww2 era larger...

yep any gun over 10 cm is supposedly against their rules because of netherlands law... although there was some talk of using their new york offices to print stuff like that instead.... but it's not an official policy yet as far as i've heard... see this thread on their forums...
