1/6 Hot Toys - What If...? - Sakaarian Iron Man

Even as a die-hard IM fanatic, I don't see this one making it past the prototype phase. Even ignoring the lack of screen time, this isn't even immediately recognisable as IM. Take away the helmet and it looks like something out of a saturday-morning cartoon. Looks like a one-shot villain from...

    1/6 Hot Toys - Marvel's Spider-Man 2 - Peter Parker (Advanced Suit 2.0) Figure

Friendly reminder to check other outlets to those who missed the window. PopCollectibles had Miles available for a few hours after his window ended.

    1/6 Hot Toys - Marvel's Spider-Man 2 - Peter Parker (Advanced Suit 2.0) Figure

Hell yeah, Webs on lockdown. Just need to wait for my Miles from PC and I'm all set. Didn't realise this was the SideshowCon-exclusive period though. Would've been nice to know BEFORE I got my place in the queue and had to make a mad dash to register after it refused to check out.

    Hot Toys Modok

I must commend HT for using modern art forms as inspiration for their face sculpts and expressions. Really progressive stuff.

Hot Toys Iron Man [The Origins Collection]

The one I'm really waiting for is Prime/Model 51. And maybe EndoSym/Model 50. And if we're really lucky, Model 42 (not having a mainline black/gold suit in the MCU is criminal). Feels like all the others already got good representation via their MCU counterparts, but those three are still...

    1/6 Hot Toys - Marvel's Spider-Man 2 - Peter Parker (Advanced Suit 2.0) Figure

Just PC for worldwide shipping at this point. At least in terms of known reputable sellers. The only other big names that had access were ToysWonderland and ToyzCorner, but they sold out a while ago. Not sure if PC still has some available. There are a few other active pre-orders I found on...

    1/6 Hot Toys - Marvel's Spider-Man 2 - Peter Parker (Advanced Suit 2.0) Figure

For any fellow Brits in here, just to confirm, that would make it 17:00 for us, wouldn't it? Did Miles go live then today? I was lucky enough to grab a Miles pre-order from PopCollectibles once I realised I'd missed the window, and I don't intend to miss the next one.

    1/6 Hot Toys - Marvel's Spider-Man 2 - Peter Parker (Advanced Suit 2.0) Figure

Pre-orders go live on the 21st, it seems. 18th for Miles. Based on previous limited runs, how fast are these two likely to sell out?

Hot Toys Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) - The Amazing Spider-Man 2 [NWH]

Since none of the items have been shipped to suppliers, in theory yes. The only difference would be if a Sideshow-Exclusive version was revealed.

Hot Toys Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) - The Amazing Spider-Man 2 [NWH]

They've already committed to making Maguire. No way they don't complete the set.

1/6 Hot Toys - MMS664-D48 - Iron Man - Iron Man Mark 3 (2.0 For Real This Time!)

They kinda should be, considering the armor adds 5 inches. Thor is 6'3. Tony is 6'1 out of the suit, and 6'6 in it.

1/6 Hot Toys - MMS664-D48 - Iron Man - Iron Man Mark 3 (2.0 For Real This Time!)

It looks like it's taken from the rooftop scene when he was fighting Stane. He had a kind of roughed-up helmet-hair thing going on at the time that more closely resembles the headsculpt. Here's the scene in question if you want to compare.

1/6 Hot Toys - MMS664-D48 - Iron Man - Iron Man Mark 3 (2.0 For Real This Time!)

Makes me wonder if the Mark 2 will get the same treatment, seeing as it used the old Mark 3 diecast as a base. Either way, I'm in.

1/6 Avengers: Endgame - 1/6th scale Iron Man Mark LXXXV (Battle Damaged Version)

Ah, it didn't occur to me that the Gauntlet arm would use the same peg-tech. Thanks!

1/6 Avengers: Endgame - 1/6th scale Iron Man Mark LXXXV (Battle Damaged Version)

Potentially a dumb question, but can anyone confirm if the cannons on the BD are backwards-compatible with the standard 85? Given that they're the same base model you'd think that the clean 85 would also have removable arms, but it's not mentioned in the instructions. I haven't got my BD yet...

Hot Toys are about to announce another Iron Man

Gotta admit I was hoping for something more than a Midas remake. I mean if you're gonna do a recolour, give us the black and silver version of WM Mark VI already!

MMS164 - Iron Man: Iron Monger Limited Edition Collectible Figure

Except mine, apparently. But I guess leaving it in the same pose for over 5 years wouldn't exactly put stress on it.

1/6 Avengers: Endgame - 1/6th scale Iron Man Mark LXXXV (Battle Damaged Version)

They're still covered by the suit but they lack the plating they normally have. My guess is Tony retracted the armor around them and left a "skin" of nanobots so he could snap.
  19. Captain Cactus

1/6 Hot Toys 1/6 Iron Man Mark 7 Diecast

I've always wanted to see a black/gold Mark VII repaint. Not Python, but more like the Marvel NOW/Model 42 scheme. Exactly like this: It's not even like it'd be that hard for HT either. Just replace the red parts with black, the silver sections at the top with gold, and change the light...
  20. Captain Cactus

1/6 Avengers: Endgame - 1/6th scale Iron Man Mark LXXXV (Battle Damaged Version)

Which, accounting for HT's signature production delays, is likely going to end up as Q1-Q2 2022.
