Just got my Rex today from BBTS and noticed the lights on the body stay on even when in the switch is off anybody else have this problem?

Ordered Rex through Big Bad Toy Store do not know how long it will take but so excited to add it to the collection. Also cannot wait to pre-order Ray hopefully this time I do not miss it like I did with Rex.
