    How to re paint specific area?

    Hey everyone I'm looking to repaint Morrigan's hair from pcs from teal to bright green. What would be the best way to do this? Can I just paint over with enamel paints or do I need to strip the old paint then paint? If so how do I strip the paint off just one area while not messing up other spots?
