Richard I also found and bought some art prints of just the stamp artwork, That a guy tells me the post office did. I cannot get them to post. They don't have the stamp border or the 32 USA on them.

Yes that would have been funny, Or one where when you move the stamp back and forth he disappears and reappears. Such a shame they never did more classic monsters stamps.

Can anyone that has one confirm that the US Postal Service had posters like this one? I was told that it hung in the lobby of a post office not sold to the public. The person said they have had the poster for many years and that they had found it at a Flea market. Size is 16x20.

I bought it from an Individual not the USPS.

I do know that usps did not frame it but I am trying to find out if the Stamp and Bio Card are Promos from the post office or Universal.

Stamp is 12 tall x 9 1/4 wide. Did any of the post offices have any promos this size does anyone know?
